The Mouse Trap By Deus

2008 Yamaha Scorpio 225 sporting 4 valve head. Front and rear fenders are one bespoke. 17 inch rims are laced to stock hubs and the choice of slightly wider rubber used. The motor while stock is breathing through a K&N pod and exits via a custom single header into twin Laser reverse cone puppies. Custom alloy tank and a modified Nitro Heads seat is also used. While the chassis, swing arm, forks and other components were off for paint and powder coat, the engine and box were painted satin black. Electric and kick start is retained. Best Of Italy Verona - Motor Bike Expo

Cory Ness debuted “Gold Digger”, a custom motorcycle built from parts belonging exclusively to the Ness and Custom Chrome catalogs. It is based on the new “Ness Digger” frame, a modern re-edition of the old one that Arlen was using in the 70′s/80′s. Arlen and Cory met Andreas Scholz of Custom Chrome Europe to introduce new custom parts like the Ness height and angle adjustable handlebars. “Gold Digger” is now starting a European tour with the CCE display.

The Championship Class Winner was this boardtrack style racer tribute named “Ironborne”. Built by a shop called Borderline, it features a single down tube frame, a Shovelhead engine with reshaped heads and a leaf Spring front end.

The Modified Harley-Davidson Winner was this very minimalist Cafe Racer built by Leo of Italian shop Passion 4 Customs. Shovelhead powered and HD drum brakes.

RevTech Performance Class Winner. Named Tazio after the legendary italian motorcycle and car racer Tazio Nuvolari (1892 – 1953) this unique handcrafted masterpiece clearly underlines the craftmanship of Mirku Perugini at Gallery Motorcycles. One-off rigid frame with a cool front suspension. RevTech engine and 6-speed gearbox to be able to compete in this class, DNA wheels, OMP front and Kustom Tech rear brakes.

The Jammer Old School Class Winner
built by Garage 69 deserved its win because of the amount of hand fabricated parts featured on this 1978 Shovelhead: forward controls, handlebar, lights, exhaust, seat and oil tank. Seat, footpegs and grips are carved from wood.

Carlo Colombo of Asso Special Bikes has struck a chord with his 199 RS all aluminum frame that allows V-Twin powered bikes weighting less than than 200 kg (about 480 pounds.) Powered by a RevTech engine, the 199 RS is also equipped with carbon fiber body. The bike placed 2nd in the RevTech Performance Class.
